Information and Policies of Casa GlebiniaS
Check-in: From 2:00 pm. Passport of all passengers is required and one of them has to be over 21 years old. Early check in, from 8:30, is allowed without cost staying at all the common areas.
Check-out: Until 11:00 am. It would be possible to extend this schedule if the posterior check-in is unaffected, or stay at the common areas. If the departure is before 8:30, the corresponding payments must be made the day before.
Children: Suites for 2 and 3 people have capacity for 1 child less than 2 years, who are free of charge (cot available).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 15 days of the reserved stay date do not have a penalty, between 15 and 7 days have a cost of 1 night, with less than 7 days the total of the reserved period must be paid.
Visitors: Only with authorization.
Front Desk: From 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. The entrance of passengers out of this time must be communicated in advance by email.
Activities and visits: Receptionists will be able to inform, guide and assist passengers about activities and visits: restaurants, tastings in wineries, bicycle rental, adventure tourism, transports, artists and local craftsmen and any other information or assistance they may need regarding the trip.
Languages: The languages of contact with our guests are English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Taxis and Remises (similar to taxis): Can be requested at Front Desk. It is suggested to do so as early as possible. After 10 pm, only authorized vehicles can enter.
Bikes: External service that can be requested at the Front Desk.
Medical assistance: Emergencies, urgencies and consultations without charge.
Breakfast: From 8.30 am to 11:00 am at the Main House or in the room. For breakfast before 8:30, the night before is delivered a tray with the required for this purpose. If needed earlier breakfast, the night before will be delivered a tray with the items required.
Restaurant: Snack and cocktails from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm, in the Main House or in the room. Lunch service is not offered.
Cellar: Medium and high-end wines that include those created by our winemaker.
Minibar – Frigobar: The accommodations have a mini bar with complimentary infusions and a bottle of water. Each lodge also has frigobar.
About cooking: The rooms are not ready to cook, so it is only allowed to heat meals with the elements provided, but not their preparation “in situ”.
Housekeeping: Daily, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The sheets are changed every two days, unless it is required to do it before
White set: Towels are changed at the request of the guest. Robes and slippers are delivered for the entire stay and changes have an extra cost. The white set is for exclusive use within the accommodations.
Laundry: Is an external service, from Monday to Friday. The clothes are received clean and ironed the day after it was delivered. We also have a dry cleaning service.
Tips: The tip for the staff is neither included in the rate nor in the products of sale. If you wish, you can leave it in your accommodation or at the Front Desk.
WiFi: Free in the entire hotel.
Covered parking: No charge.
Pool: Because the pool is not heated and only works during the summer season, will be lit until 11:30 pm. Beyond this time only as an exception.
Games: In order not to disturb the calm of the place and not to damage the valuable plants of the garden, ball games or noisy are not allowed .Board games are available at the Reception.
Outdoor grill: Available until 10:30 pm. Its use must be requested in advance at the Front Desk.
About smoking: Only in the gardens.
Rational use of energy: It is requested to respect the temperature of the air conditioning recommended by the specialists from the point of view of comfort, health and environmental protection, which is 24 ° C. That of the heating is 22 ° C. Also, it is requested to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving.
Rational use of water: The Mendoza region is semi-desert. The population sits in oases irrigated mainly by water fromglaciers; therefore it is a precious and scarce resource that is recommended to be used sparingly. The garden is irrigated by flooding once a week, throughout the day, through a specific system of ditches.
