Breakfast is served daily from 8.30 am to 11 am in the glass gallery of the main house or in the accommodations. And a special tray is prepared for those who must leave earlier. Includes espresso coffee, selection of teas, milk, homemade breads and yogurt, fruits, natural orange juice squeezed, homemade jams made with fruits of the own garden, croissants, ham, cheese, sweet cakes, petit fours, various cereals, butter, cream cheese and eggs prepared according the taste of the guest. Also, requesting in advance, we will have soy milk and toasts and cereals without gluten.
In the interior garden of the Main House, where breakfast is served, also works an “à la carte” restaurant with elaboration in sight. Snack and cocktails are available from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. For the food have been privileged the seasonal components, highlighted in Mendoza for its quality and variety, as well as the traditional character, sometimes with an innovative touch. But there are also some dishes with local ingredients and unusual flavors that express the modern cuisine. In addition, the prestigious cheeses and cold meats of national production (“picadas”) can be tasted. All accompanied by good local wines that are chosen directly in our cellar with the guidance of the receptionist. Several types of beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
The charming Cellar, of recovered “boiseries”, offers medium and high range wines selected in some of the most outstanding and representative wineries of Mendoza. Particularly, included are those created by Gabriel, our winemaker, from the grapes of the best regional terroirs. In addition, the murals of Florencia are captivating: “Window towards a Fantasy World” and “Since the Night”.
