In the interior garden of the Main House, where breakfast is served, also works an “à la carte” restaurant with elaboration in sight. Snack and cocktails are available from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm. For the food have been privileged the seasonal components, highlighted in Mendoza for its quality and variety, as well as the traditional character, sometimes with an innovative touch. But there are also some dishes with local ingredients and unusual flavors that express the modern cuisine. In addition, the prestigious cheeses and cold meats of national production (“picadas”) can be tasted. All accompanied by good local wines that are chosen directly in our cellar with the guidance of the receptionist. Several types of beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
