Casa Glebinias, surrounded by country estates and gardens, is located in Chacras de Coria, a picturesque Mendocinian town framed by the "Cordón del Plata" and about 120 km to Mount Aconcagua. It is almost 1000 meters above sea level which gives it a pleasant weather, cool at night and warm during day under a clear sky. Tree-lined streets with the typical irrigation ditches invite to an evening stroll.  The lively square in the town centre has a nice market of antiques and handcrafts. This place holds a diverse population that includes artists, craftsmen, writers and new inhabitants of several nationalities who have enriched the local culture. Chacras de Coria is situated on the international road to Chile, and it is only 30 kilometers from the international airport and 15 kilometers from Mendoza downtown, which is an active centre for academic, economic, cultural, commercial and social activities.

Currently it is a valued gastronomic site, which possesses the charm of being in one of the best international wine regions where famous Malbec is produced, among other excellent varietals. Its location at the foot of the Andes allows the visitor, eager for adventure, to engage in all kinds of sports: skiing, climbing, trekking, rafting, horseback riding, hang-gliding, cycling, fishing and windsurfing. For art lovers, the old Casa Guiñazú, nowadays the Fader Museum, is located in Chacras de Coria.  This museum is home to the most important pictorial collection of Fernando Fader, who is one of the greatest artists of the early twentieth-century in Argentina.
